When you’re mid-groom, your AI receptionist answers as your shop, takes the booking, and texts it to you to confirm. It only takes the calls you’d have missed, and you keep booking however you do now.

Questions owners ask first.
What happens when it can’t answer a question?
It takes the caller’s name, number and what they need, tells them when you’ll call back, and texts you the details right away. Anything urgent rings your cell.
What about my regulars who want me?
They still get you. It takes their usual request (the dog’s name, the service, the groomer they like) and texts it to you to confirm, so nothing is booked without you. Anything it isn’t sure about comes to you.
Can it quote prices?
It won’t guess, because grooming prices depend on breed, size and coat. It asks for the breed, size, coat condition and service, and tells the caller you’ll confirm the price. If you give Chris your starting prices, it can share those.
Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as your AI receptionist, by name, and answers as your business — you can hear it in the sample calls above. It never pretends to be a person, and anything it can’t handle comes to you as a text.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Callers dial the number they already know. Tap On to send your calls to your receptionist, or give it a new number for your website and Google listing. Tap Off any time and they ring you again.
Does it work with my scheduling software?
It doesn’t plug into MoeGo, DaySmart, Gingr or Square. It takes the booking request and texts it to you to confirm, so you add it to your book in seconds and never have to switch. If you use Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar, it can book straight in.
How is this different from an answering service?
An answering service takes a message and hands it back to you to chase, often billed by the minute. Your receptionist answers as your shop, gets the dog, the service and the day, and texts you the booking to confirm, day or night, for one flat monthly price.
What about spam and robocalls?
It answers, works out there’s no customer on the line, and ends the call politely. It never rings your cell for a robocall.
Does it speak Spanish?
English is ready today. If many of your callers speak Spanish, tell Chris before you start and he’ll tell you what’s possible for your setup.
Is $99 really for life?
Yes. Start your free trial by November 30th, 2026 and your price stays $99/month for as long as your account stays active, even after the price goes up for new groomers on December 1st, 2026.
What happens after the free 14 days?
Before they end, Chris texts you to confirm. Then it’s one flat price: $99/month for life, because you started by November 30th, 2026$149/month. Nothing is charged until you say yes. If you’d rather stop, the receptionist simply turns off.

Five calls to try when your number arrives
Service fit: “Do you offer [your most common service], and what areas do you cover?”
Customer issue: “Something’s not working — can someone come take a look?”
Appointment: “Can I book something for tomorrow morning?”
Price and timing: “How much will it cost, and how soon can you do it?”
Not offered: ask for a service you don’t provide.
After each one, check the text and email: right name and number, what you asked for, only your open times, and what happens next.
